We're heading to Digital Construction Week 2026 at ExCeL London on 3 and 4 June, and we'd love to see you at booth D54.
This is a big moment for us. It's the first time Stiimo crosses the channel, and we're bringing everything we've built so far to the UK's biggest event for innovation in the built environment.
Stiimo is a SaaS platform that automates quantity takeoff from technical drawings. For estimators in the installation industry, takeoff has traditionally meant hours (sometimes days) of clicking through PDFs in Bluebeam, counting symbols, measuring cable runs, and stitching the result together in Excel before it lands in a calculation system.
We replace the most tedious parts of that workflow. Our platform reads the drawing, detects components, measures lengths, and outputs structured quantities ready for your calculation tool, whether that's Bidcon, Wikells, or your own setup. Typical time savings land around 50%, and the estimator stays firmly in the driver's seat. The platform supports the work, it doesn't replace the judgement.
Today we cover electrical installations: lighting, power, data and tele, alarms, and detection systems. VS (heating and plumbing) is on the roadmap, and we're continuously sharpening precision, the editor, and onboarding.
Digital Construction Week is the UK's leading event for innovation in the built environment. It brings together more than 9,000 attendees from architecture, engineering, construction, and operation, alongside 150+ technology brands. It's the right place to be if you want to understand where the AECO industry is moving next.
For Stiimo, DCW marks the start of our European push. We've spent the last few years building deep with the Nordic market, working closely with estimators, project managers, and installation contractors to understand exactly where the pain lives and how to remove it. Now we're ready to take that experience further afield.
We're going to DCW for three reasons:
If you stop by, here's what we'll have for you:
Stiimo started from a simple observation. Estimators in the installation industry are some of the most skilled professionals on a construction project, and they spend a disproportionate amount of their time on work that software should be doing. That insight has shaped everything we've built.
Coming to London is the next step in proving that what works in Sweden and Finland also works further out. It's also a chance to learn how the UK installation market differs, what standards and conventions we'll need to adapt to, and what a useful, trustworthy product looks like for British contractors.
If you're an estimator, project manager, installation contractor, or anyone curious about how AI is genuinely (and responsibly) moving construction forward, we'd love to talk.
